VARIPURE Spray Balls

VARIPURE Spray  Balls are the main components for cleaning tanks and vessels, e.g. storage tanks, CIP tanks, milk collecting trucks. We supply a variety of sizes, flow rates and configurations for a broad scope of cleaning jobs.

Technical Data:

  • Material 1.4404 (AISI /316L), or material PTFE, Hastelloy (2.4819) and Polypropylene (PP), other materials on request
  • Available in 3 sizes, outside diameter 28 / 64 / 93 mm
  • Fixing on the supply pipe by means of clip-on connection or threaded sleeve
  • Connections on pipes according to DIN 11850 and Inch OD
  • Flow rates from 2.4 to 42 m3/h, rated at a differential pressure of 1 bar
  • Cleaning circle diameter from 0.8 to 8.0 meter
